Barwell treats teenagers and adults, providing medication and supportive therapy at both the Cranberry and Fox Chapel offices.She also continues to work in community psychiatry one day a week with Community Human Services in downtown Pittsburgh.His background in Crisis and Critical Incidence Response utilizing Asist and Seeking Safety Modalities enables him to evaluate any safety concerns for his clients.

Neil is a licensed professional counselor who earned his Master's Degree in Counseling from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 2012.Sara Banks is a both a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and board certified as a National Certified Counselor (NCC).Sara graduated with distinguished Professional Honors from California University of Pennsylvania, with a Master of Education and Counseling.With adults he focuses on depression, anxiety, PTSD and other mood disorders.Neil uses many evidenced based practices to help maximize care ranging from CBT, mindfulness training, EMDR and other therapeutic approaches.She worked extensively in community psychiatry at WPIC where she provided in-home, community based and homeless care to people with severe and persistent mental illness.
